Speech Language Pathologist (Full-Time - SLP) - Westgate Village Health & Rehab

We are seeking a dedicated professional to perform evaluations and treatments while maintaining high-quality care. Responsibilities include:

• Setting clear, measurable goals tailored to individual patient needs.
• Treating patients with respect, dignity, and privacy.
• Motivating patients to engage in therapy.
• Utilizing creative interventions based on patient interests for positive outcomes.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Accurately documenting patient progress within designated timeframes.
• Effectively using the computer system in compliance with company policy.

Schedule: Full Time, 8:00 - 5:00 with flexible weekend rotation.
