As a Sprayer, you'll play a vital role in applying paint, stain, and clear coats to wood furniture and cabinet components. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality finishes while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help produce beautiful, finished products that make a real impact every day.
What You'll Do
- Apply paint, stain, sealer, and topcoat using spray equipment to furniture and cabinet components.
- Prepare materials by sanding, cleaning, masking, and staging parts for finishing.
- Mix and prepare finishing materials according to specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inspect finished products for quality, uniformity, and defects to meet company standards.
- Perform touch-ups as needed to achieve a flawless finish.
- Clean and maintain spray equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep your workspace organized and follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE use.
What You'll Bring

Location & Schedule:
