Seeking a Sr. Associate Engineer, Network for a contract position in PHX, AZ.
Responsibilities:
• Provide 24x7 support for global network services including connectivity, voice, data, SD-WAN, and security.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex issues, support maintenance, and handle emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and configure SDWAN, routers, switches, and firewalls, and implement network improvements.
• Monitor network performance, respond to alarms and events, log incidents, and escalate as needed.
• Support change management, lifecycle management, vulnerability management, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Serve as first-tier support and collaborate with higher-tier teams for incident resolution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in NOC, help desk, or enterprise network support
• Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, Meraki, SDWAN, and network security tools
• Experience with network monitoring and ITSM platforms
• Skills in Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, firewalls, and cloud networking are advantageous.

SSE - Cisco Umbrella, Forti SASE, NetSkope, Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler; Next Generation Firewalls, Zero Trust, FaaS, Proxy, ZTNA.
