Position Summary

Are you looking for a rewarding and impactful new opportunity? Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Business Analyst supporting business process improvements with the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics organization.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Provide strategic advice on best practices to the acquisition community on change management
  • Assist program managers and stakeholders to lead and manage the change process
  • Assess organizations’ commitment and ability to implement change
  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans
  • Implement changes and monitor/report performance, and make necessary adjustments
  • Perform organizational analysis to ensure that the results of change are consistent with organizational value systems and are within the critical path of business operations

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years’ experience in the Air Force
  • Secret Clearance
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • US Citizen
  • Occasional travel may be required; must be able to rent/operate rental cars while on travel
