We seek an experienced SR. CNC Programmer and Machinist to develop and produce hardware for missile defense and launch systems.
Responsibilities include programming with Mastercam and Vericut, machining multi-axis parts from billet and additively manufactured materials (aluminum, steel, Inconel), setting up and operating Haas mills, mentoring junior staff, and driving process improvements.
Qualifications: 10+ years of CNC machining experience, expertise in Mastercam, Haas machines, superalloy machining, and ability to work independently. Preferred skills include GD&T interpretation, aerospace manufacturing experience, and familiarity with inspection tools and ISO9001/AS9100D standards.
The role involves working in manufacturing environments, occasional travel, and supporting critical deadlines. Compensation ranges from $44-$57/hr, with benefits including health coverage, 401k match, paid parental leave, and more. US person status required due to export control laws.
