Seeking a Sr Director-HR Data Analytics (remote) to lead enterprise HR data strategy, governance, and insights.
Responsibilities include setting analytics strategy, overseeing advanced analytics and AI use cases, and translating workforce data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure data privacy, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support workforce planning, forecasting, and enterprise initiatives, establishing standards and infrastructure for high-quality data and analytics.
Minimum 12+ years of experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree required. Salary range: $160,000 - $210,000.
