Seeking a Sr Director-HR Data Analytics (remote) to lead enterprise HR data strategy, insights, and workforce intelligence.
Responsibilities include setting analytics strategy, overseeing advanced analytics and AI use cases, and translating insights into actionable narratives for leadership.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, manage data governance, ensure privacy and compliance, and build organizational capability.
Partner with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Finance to inform workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
Own platform strategy, vendor relationships, and data infrastructure to deliver reliable, high-quality analytics.
Serve as an advisor to senior leadership, shaping data-driven decisions for workforce and operational improvements.
Minimum 12+ years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, with a salary range of $160K-$210K.
