The ideal candidate has 10+ years of mechanical estimating experience, especially in industrial, HVAC, or piping systems, with proficiency in estimating software and understanding of Design-Build and Plan & Spec methods. Strong communication skills and knowledge of cost structures are essential. Preferred experience includes heavy industrial estimating and process piping estimation.
