The candidate will identify project requirements, develop value engineering options, and support post-award transitions.
Qualifications include 10+ years of mechanical estimating experience, proficiency with estimating tools, and strong knowledge of design-build and plan & spec methods.
Preferred candidates have heavy industrial project experience and advanced piping estimation skills.
