**About the Role:** Asa CBRE Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping ourclients' workplaces running smoothly. This role is a hybrid position, withthree days onsite at the client location and two days remote. You'llserve as a team lead for a group of Facilities Coordinators, providingguidance, support, and oversight to ensure daily operations run efficiently. Inthis capacity, you'll partner closely with clients, vendors, and contractors tocoordinate and deliver complex work orders with precision and consistency.You'll also support furniture-related needs, including coordination, planning,and execution of moves, adds, and changes to ensure functional andwell-organized workspaces. Thisposition is part of our Facilities Management team, where we focus ondelivering seamless support and exceptional service for every facility need andrequest. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading others, andpride yourself on outstanding customer service, this role is a perfect fit. **What You'll Do:** Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and engineeringteams, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring timely, high-qualityservice delivery. Schedule and coordinate repairswith vendors, technicians, and engineers based on work order requests. Manage the vendor invoiceprocess, including receipt, verification, issue resolution, and coordinationwith finance to ensure timely payment. Analyze data from work orderreports to assess vendor performance, completion timelines, and overallprogress. Maintain accuratedocumentation, including work orders, proposals, department files, andvendor-submitted paperwork. Coordinate office and parkingspace allocations to support business needs. Support furniture-relatedrequests, including coordination of moves, adds, and changes in partnershipwith vendors and internal teams. Prepare and deliverpresentations to internal departments and large groups of employees. Identify and resolve bothroutine and non-routine issues independently using established procedures. Evaluate options and determineappropriate solutions within defined guidelines. Contribute to team successthrough the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of services and informationprovided. Follow standardized processeswhile working with moderate supervision and guidance as needed. **What You'll Need:** High SchoolDiploma or GED with 2-5 years of job-related experience. Experience usinga Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is required. Basic financialexperience, including tracking costs, reviewing invoices, or supporting budget-relatedtasks. Ability to followstandard work routines and procedures. Strong communication skills for sharing clear, accurate information. Working knowledgeof Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Experience using a CMMS. Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset. Basic mathskills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups. Washington Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $34.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator is $36.06 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
