responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

•Provide technical mentorship for product and intellectual property development at ITS as a Senior Development Architect
•Support your Director in shaping software development culture, best practices and roadmap
•Gather feedback from both internal and external customers to understand needs and inform the development roadmap
•Identify and engage with marketplace partners to enhance product marketability
•Develop tools, methods and processes to create value in the ITS brand and relevance to our customer base outside of and in complement with our aligned vendor solutions
•Support Regional Managers, Account Executives, Architects and other colleagues to in the sales process (product presentations, sales calls, research)
•Support the Product practice in the recruiting, hiring and retaining the very best developers
•Collaborate with marketing and sales, external design agencies and partners to maximize addressable market for products
•Tracking, following up, meeting with, and developing existing accounts for additional revenue
•Expect and embrace our travel-ready culture, including the possibility of up to 15% travel
•Embrace giving and receiving critical feedback

Super powers you need for this role:

•Bachelor or Master degree in Computer science OR 3+ years equivalent work experience
•2+ years' experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS, GlideSystem)
•Expertise writing JavaScript/ JavaScript Frameworks (Modular code development, Component/development)
•Experience working with Github
•Experience in coding, object-oriented programming and modularized software.
•Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML5, CSS3 and AJAX / Web Services
•Experience collaborating with cross functional teams of engineering/PM/Design with varying skill sets
•Experience in Agile Devops structure
•Superior communication skills with the ability to work directly with executive level management
•Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
•Experience with REST API's
