We are seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering (iOS) for a 3-6 month onsite role in downtown Miami, requiring 4 days per week onsite starting immediately.
Must have 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 10+ years in mobile development, a Computer Science degree, and prior team leadership.
Responsibilities include leading iOS app design, prototyping, and development; writing clean, maintainable code; conducting peer reviews; exploring new technologies; working in Agile/Scrum; establishing architecture principles; collaborating with product and backend teams; and mentoring engineers.
Qualifications include expertise in Objective-C, Swift, iOS frameworks, app architecture (MVP, MVVM), REST APIs, and experience deploying and maintaining iOS applications. Strong communication skills and customer focus are essential.
Preferred skills include test automation, CI with Jenkins, distributed databases, and familiarity with tools like Jira and Bitbucket.
