Seeking a Senior Network Engineer / Architect for a full-time, hybrid role in Cleveland, Ohio, offering a salary range of $100,000-$175,000.

Responsibilities:
- Implement HPE Aruba and Juniper switching solutions
- Deploy network technologies based on expertise/interests
- Stay updated on latest technologies
- Serve as escalation point for support team
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing complex switching solutions
- Experience with Aruba OS-CX, Juniper JUNOS, Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Arista EOS or similar
- Certifications from leading vendors preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of VXLAN & EVPN
