Responsibilities include managing end-to-end program plans, Agile processes, cross-team alignment, vendor coordination, risk resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements: 8-12+ years in technical program or project management, experience with software, controls, hardware/software integration, and Agile methodologies. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
Preferred: industry experience in energy, power systems, EV, or utilities; familiarity with software lifecycle management and tools like Jira, MS Project, or PowerBI; relevant certifications.
