Description

Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a Notary Public to work remotely in the U.S.

Summary: Provide general office support with clerical activities and technical tasks related to motor vehicle transactions and tax collection.

Essential Functions:

• Notarize documents.
• Greet, direct, and assist customers in your home office.
• Prepare documents related to motor vehicle titles and registrations.
• Enter and retrieve information from the computer, answer multi-line phone system, and follow up with customers as needed.
• Participate in daily cash out, shipping, scanning, and saving motor vehicle records to the computer.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

State Regulations Compliance:

• Process motor vehicle titles and registrations.
• Issue Driver's Licenses and State IDs.
• Receive payments for titles and registrations.
• Accept tax payments and file documentation.

Qualifications:

• Notary Commission.
• High school diploma.
• One year of office experience.
• Experience in banking, DMV, automotive registration, or motor vehicle titles is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

Payment: $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.

Benefits include: 401(k), paid time off, flexible schedule.
