STORE MANAGER HOT DOG ON A STICK - THE OAKS SHOPPING CENTER

Store Managers have the responsibility of running a profitable store while providing guidance, developing leaders, contributing and implementing approved new ideas and strategies, and ensuring the development of assistant managers and employees.

Job Responsibilities & Overview

1. Ensure all employees are providing all customers with excellent service and food quality
2. Ability to read and manage a Profit & Loss Statement for individual stores
3. Ensure expenses are managed under budget and performing activities designed to generate same store sales growth while meeting or exceeding SCOP and EBITDA budget.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction for both speed of service and friendliness
5. Lead the team by communicating, coaching, and motivating team members to build sales
6. Foster great teamwork
7. Create and maintain an environment that is positive, productive, and fun to work in
8. Ensure cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the restaurant
9. Development of Team Members
10. Lead a team of 5-12 employees
11. Ensure policies and procedures are followed
12. The position reports to the Regional Manager.

10. Basic computer skills
