The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program prepares individuals for future store leadership through a 16-week development plan, combining virtual and hands-on learning.
Supported by mentors and leaders, SMITs develop skills in communication, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management.
Participants are expected to actively engage, support store operations, and embrace promotion opportunities within the market.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree preferred, retail management or supervisory experience, and willingness to transfer locations.
This full-time role offers approximately 45 hours/week, a pay range of $18.50–$28.67/hour, and benefits supporting colleagues' well-being.
