We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Job Title: Strategy Contractor
Location: Remote - Chicago, IL
Duration: 6+ Months contract (12/01/2025 to 06/30/2026)
This person will be contracted through a US-Based firm, but resides in India
Description:
The services You will provide the client project team: As a Strategy Contractor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve organizational performance. Developing go-forward strategies, new business units, or other revenue-producing entities or assets without direct input from the client. Identifying acquisition targets or evaluating businesses for divestiture. Performing technical work to support the advancement of the client's long-term strategic vision. Establishing or setting up future operating models and making strategic decisions on the future state structure and operating model. Providing specific guidance on human capital, including headcount increases or reductions, creating job requirements, and staffing models.
Primary Skill Required for the Role: Atlassian - JIRA
Level Required for Primary Skill: Expert (10+ years experience)
Additional Details for Role:
- This is a rush due to backfill role. This person must have expertise in Jira Align and Portfolio Mangement
- Remote role
- Jira Align is an enterprise-scale agile planning platform that connects a company's business strategy to its technical execution. It works on top of tools like Jira Software to provide visibility, planning, and management capabilities across the entire organization, from high-level strategy to individual team tasks. This helps senior leaders in an organization build their strategy and track the progress toward strategic goals in real-time.
