Seeking an experienced Revit Designer (Structural) in Cleveland, OH, for a permanent role with benefits, offering a salary range of $55K-$85K.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or higher education, along with strong Revit, AutoCAD, and drafting skills for building design/redesign projects. Responsibilities include detailing structural steel framing, plan sections, elevations, bearing walls, roof trusses, pre-cast concrete, and wood framing for new construction and additions. Experience with structural steel and wood repair/modification is a plus. The role also involves assisting with data collection for reports, documenting BIM, and recommending standards to improve drafting quality and efficiency.
