Position Summary
The Student Worker provides temporary assistance to staff members within the Campus Planning + Design Department. Support may include clerical duties, data entry, and assistance with special projects related to campus planning, design documentation, and facilities records. This position is intended for a currently enrolled college student.
Responsibilities:
Scan hard copies of campus planning and design record drawings and convert documents to PDF format
Name, organize, and maintain electronic files within appropriate network folders
Provide clerical and data entry support to Campus Planning + Design staff
Assist with field surveys and documentation as assigned
Perform work at multiple Temple Health campuses as required
Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Must be currently enrolled as a College Student (Required)
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office software programs (Required)
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel between Temple Health campuses
Schedule
Part-time, temporary
Flexible hours between 9am-5pm
