Seeking a Substation EPC Project Engineering Lead to oversee pursuits and project execution within the Power Delivery Practice.
Primary duties include managing project pursuits, transitioning awarded projects, coordinating risk analysis, value engineering, and developing scope, schedule, and budget estimates.
The role involves collaborating with construction partners, technical teams, and cross-disciplinary staff, as well as leading technical risk assessments, proposal development, and team mentorship.
Responsibilities also encompass creating standards, templates, and best practices, and providing EPC technical guidance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in substation design, 5+ years leading EPC teams, and relevant technical certifications.
Candidate should demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Alternative Delivery Director.
