The position is for a Substitute Secretary within the school district, based at the Morgan Building, starting on 06/04/2025. The role involves answering phones, monitoring school entry, greeting visitors professionally, maintaining paper and electronic files, and assisting students, parents, and staff in the office. Substitutes have flexible schedules and choose when and where to work each day.
Qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HSED, good people skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prior office experience preferred, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
