Job Description

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead projects from ground-up through completion. This individual should bring a strong track record managing commercial builds in the Greater Phoenix Valley, along with the ability tocommunicate effectively, drive schedules, and lead teams in the field.

This opportunity is with a growing general contractor known for its close-knit culture and servant leadership approach from management. Projects are primarily ground-up, typically ranging from $20M-$60M.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completion
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
  • Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent in the Greater Phoenix Valley
  • Led ground up commercial builds, $20M+
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
