Seeking a Superintendent with ground-up commercial or healthcare construction experience for projects across southern GA, Metro Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa.
Travel is required as there are no active jobs in Gainesville.
The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, manage scheduling, communicate with trade partners, ensure safety, maintain quality, and meet project milestones.
Responsibilities include managing projects up to $50M, conducting safety inspections, interpreting plans, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and maintaining records.
Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of field experience, supervisory experience, and proficiency with construction technology.
Physical ability to climb stairs, walk long distances, and lift 30 pounds is required.
