Superintendent - Commercial Construction

We are seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent(s) to join our team! You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, leading and supervising all construction activities on the jobsite. Projects include: Hospitality, Healthcare, Multi-family, Higher Ed, K-12, Retail, Entertainment, and more! 

The ideal candidate will bring the following value to our team:

• 
  
• 10 years of experience in the role as a Construction Superintendent for a General Contractor
• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus but not required
• Willingness to be assigned to remote projects as needed
• Strong leadership and communication qualities
• Strong integrity
• Works well in a team environment
• Strong technical knowledge of construction
• Experienced with working with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Understanding of the commercial construction process - submittals, RFI's, owner meetings, safety standards, schedules, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Supervise and coordinate all construction operations.
• Direct field staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain and manage project schedules, addressing issues promptly.
• Work closely with the Project Manager on budgeting and cost control.
• Schedule and oversee necessary inspections.
• Ensure compliance with project contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Maintain an organized and safe job site.
• Enforce quality assurance and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
