We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead onsite operations for high-quality projects across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring safety and quality, leading meetings, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with project teams on RFIs and change orders.
Qualifications include 3+ years of commercial construction experience, previous supervisory roles, strong project management skills, knowledge of construction sequencing, proficiency with industry tools, and excellent communication. OSHA 30 is preferred.
