Requirements/Qualifications

• 
  
• 5 years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience, experience with, but not limited to: Tilt-Wall, Light Industrial, Ground-Up projects.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects
• Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Strong team building skills
• Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents
• Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site, managing daily operations
