Key Responsibilities of a Superintendent | Ground-Up Construction | Austin, TX

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment placement, and workforce allocation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Develop and maintain the construction schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Sequence work activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet milestones.

Profile

A Successful Superintendent | Ground-Up Construction | Austin, TX

• 7+ years of relevant ground-up construction project experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology.
