As Supervisor, Guest Experience & Front of House, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our athletic dining facility, ensuring the front-of-house is clean, polished, and welcoming. This role leads a team focused on elevated cuisine, exceptional service, and a guest-first mindset. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support front-of-house staff to provide outstanding service and create a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining space that reflects the elevated standards of Aggie Athletics.
  • Monitor guest experience throughout service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and hospitality at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate with culinary and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless food service and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to reduce waste and maintain operational flow.
  • Ensure signage and marketing materials are current, accurate, and guest-friendly.
  • Uphold company and client policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Address guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the operation.

Qualifications:
  • Previous front-of-house or food service experience; supervisory or leadership background preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality and team development.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
