Supervise and coordinate warehouse team operations, ensuring adherence to service, quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Manage workflows for shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory control.
Plan schedules, allocate resources, and track production and activity reports.
Handle equipment operations and resolve employee issues to maintain effective communication.
Require 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience, familiarity with WMS, and ability to work in varying temperatures and lift at least 40 lbs.
