This position reports to our Indianapolis, IN office and seeks an energetic, adaptable Survey Crew Chief to lead field crews in boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys for energy and transportation projects.
Responsibilities include overseeing fieldwork, operating surveying equipment (total stations, GPS), ensuring data quality, planning projects, enforcing safety, communicating with clients, maintaining records, training technicians, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements: 2+ years as a crew or party chief, experience with robotic total stations and RTK GPS, valid driver’s license; preferred skills include AutoCAD and UAV licensing.
