We are opening a new sushi restaurant in Bend, Oregon, in early 2026 and seeking passionate Sushi Chefs to join our team from day one.
As a Sushi Chef, you will work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to prepare sushi consistently and thoughtfully, from prep to guest interaction. You will progress through stations such as roll case, front case, and wheel, honing your skills and engaging with guests.
