Clearshot Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of Swiss Machined parts for customers across a variety of industries worldwide, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Germantown, WI. The role provides an attractive 4-day schedule on 2nd shift, hours are 1:30pm-11:30pm, Monday through Thursday.
If you have CNC machining experience, including the ability to set up machines and measure parts, this is a career you need to explore. Swiss machining experience is preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to run according to production schedule to meet customer requirements
- Understand blueprints, dimensions and tolerances of finished parts
- Set up and install tools to follow established machining process
- Start and observe machine operations to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjust machine controls
- Audit first piece samples of production (when required)
- Completes daily quality documentation such as routers and tags
- Complete statistical process control (SPC) charts (when required)
- Will be required to run multiple pieces of equipment at one time per supervisor request or production needs
