Seeking an experienced Swiss CNC Programmer and Operator with at least 3 years of experience in programming and operating Swiss-style CNC machines, CAD/CAM software, and precision machining.
This role involves creating efficient, quick run programs, designing fixtures and tooling, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize output.
Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting machinery, measuring workpieces, troubleshooting malfunctions, and supporting new projects from design through manufacturing.
Qualifications require proficiency in CAD/CAM, advanced shop mathematics, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Schedule options include 8- or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
