Job Title: Systems Integration Engineer – Senior Advisor

Location: Onsite – Herndon, VA
Clearance: Active Public Trust required; ability to obtain additional suitability clearance

Summary

We are seeking a senior?level Systems Integration Engineer to lead complex network infrastructure and software initiatives. This role provides technical and program leadership across cross?functional engineering teams, ensuring successful delivery of large?scale telecom and integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end?to?end delivery of complex network infrastructure and software initiatives.
• Coordinate cross?functional teams including network, hardware, software, and systems integration.
• Identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and deployment challenges.
• Translate technical strategy into executable plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and briefings to technical leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 12+ years of experience in network engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure planning.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross?functional technical programs.
• Strong knowledge of core networking protocols (e.g., BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, IPv6).
• Experience with data center environments, optical networking, and server?level deployments.
• Working knowledge of cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Experience with capacity planning, scaling strategies, and cost?aware technical decision?making.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Public Trust required at time of hire; ability to obtain additional required access authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
