This full-time, in-person HR role reports to the Director of HR and focuses on designing and coordinating staff development, training, and onboarding initiatives to support organizational growth and mission alignment.
Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating development plans, managing onboarding, developing learning materials, supporting supervisor training, facilitating peer learning, evaluating program effectiveness, and maintaining HRIS systems and performance data. The role also involves coordinating logistics for training and events, supporting compliance and credentialing, and providing high-level customer service.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, strong communication skills, proficiency with relevant software, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
