Tax Analyst

- Tax Analyst will manage multiple engagements/projects, while maintaining on-time deliverables
- Help manage team of 3-5 individuals to execute on tax due diligence initiatives
- Evaluate scope of work/project plans and make recommendations for improved process plans
- Manage relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Prepare project progress and status reports for leadership team and clients
- Identify and work to resolve gaps in process or project execution
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- As a Tax Analyst, you will utilize strong adaptability skills and become an expert on our proprietary products, through classroom, web and on the job training and experience
- Work through new requirement discussions with the client and identify short-term workarounds
- Identify upsell opportunities for tax related services or products
- Ability to foster, develop, and grow team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years in compliance
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in tax
- Previous people and process management experience
- Experience in working as project management lead
- Experience with FATCA, Chapters 3 and 61, and AEOI requirements
- Data analysis skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Excel including VBA's & Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in tax compliance for financial institutions
- Ability to maintain and report key performance indicator (KPI) metrics to leadership
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
