Title: Technical Analyst, Contractor or Paid Internship
(Remote candidates will be considered)
Our Story and Our Purpose
We are building a specialized financial institution addressing the growing demand for digital asset services. Our primary business will focus on digital asset custody, providing secure, efficient custodial and fiduciary services for a variety of digital assets. We have applied for a national bank charter and will receive conditional approval in the near future.
You will work with foundational systems and processes to help shape our operating model and influence how a new category of financial infrastructure comes to market. We are looking for builders who handle complexity with confidence and tackle ambitious opportunities while keeping pace with this rapidly evolving industry. Let’s Build This Together.
Our Principles
Winners win. Winning comes from sustained focus and commitment to the highest standards. We hire exceptional people, and we expect - and deliver- reliability, accountability, and trust. Every team member is driven by a shared purpose; we rise together, push boundaries and strive relentlessly to grow, evolve, and excel.
Routine Greatness. Greatness is a mindset, not an accomplishment. Mediocrity is unacceptable and excellence is contagious.
Own It. Everyone in the company is an owner – act like it. With ownership comes both the potential for extraordinary financial reward, and personal accountability for the company’s success. There’s no such thing as “not my problem”.
Bias Towards Intelligent Action. We operate in a highly complex environment where certainty is often elusive. Be bold: know the context, collaborate, weigh the risks and act in line with our strategic objectives and the trust our clients place in us. Make reversible decisions quickly, make irreversible decisions slowly. We hire smart people to make smart decisions and trust them to do so.
Adaptation and Innovation with Integrity. We are in a period of profound technological change – businesses that stay ahead will thrive and those that don’t will die. We innovate intelligently, live to overcome challenges, and get a little bit better every day – except when we get a lot better. We do this all while doing what is right – even when that’s hard.
