Technical Business Analyst

Our Technology Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who would be a good fit according to the specifications below:
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Work with end users to map out and document business requirements 

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications 

  • Develop and execute testing procedures 

  • Support project tracking and monitoring 

  • Serve as subject matter, process, and/or operational proxy for end users 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Computer Science 

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience writing functional specifications and test plans/test scripts 

  • 2 years of prior experience leading and facilitating project meetings 

  • Ability to work with non-technical end users to interpret user requirements 

  • Working knowledge of investment terminology and Microsoft SQL Server
