This is an exciting opportunity to represent a company with over 50 years of success delivering top-quality equipment and installation services to schools, hospitals, and athletic facilities across the nation. With uncapped commission potential, warm leads, and a flexible schedule, this role offers incredible earning potential.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Technical Construction Sales Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in construction or sports facility sales
- Experience working with General Contractors, architects, and K-12 schools in Alabama
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, and Acumatica software
- Lead a high-performing sales team and manage the full sales cycle from bids/pre-bids to closing
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Travel within Alabama to meet with clients, attend events, and support projects
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong customer relationships
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year plus uncapped commissions, commensurate with experience.
