Technical Documentation Specialist (ATF)
BlackFish Federal is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist for a contract with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in Martinsburg, WV.
The Technical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for providing data entry and administrative support to various operations within the ATF to ensure quality of databases. Will provide a full range of services such as data entry, log keeping, mailing, sorting, quality review, filing, faxing, reconciling, scanning, etc. for all applications coming into the Firearms and Explosives Services Division (FESD) to ensure the information entered into the databases is complete and entered in a timely and accurate manner.
This position will assist government personnel in the documentation and recording of the FESDs complete business process. Recording and documenting the technical aspects and workflow of all of FESD branches. This documentation will be used to ensure quality performance and ISO 9000 compliance. Standards of audit and oversight activities that demonstrate superior service at a fair and reasonable price. Produce statistical reports that are required to monitor workloads and evaluate production.
This position is in support of a contract on which we are bidding in support of the ATF . Any offers will be contingent on contract award.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- General knowledge of IT concepts and terminology relative to Web Development
- Experience drafting technical documentation and training materials
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
