Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact between executives and stakeholders.
• Answer phones and relay messages.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
• Prepare reports and presentations accurately.
• Anticipate executive needs and organize requests.
• Handle confidential information discreetly.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items.
• Manage team communications and events.
• Perform administrative tasks like filing and reporting.
• Plan company events and retreats.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of administrative experience supporting executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible team player.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• CAP or CEA certification preferred.
• Experience with Airtable.
• Associate degree or higher.
