The Headlines:


As part of a leadership team, you specialize in technical/business analysis focusing on our Commercial Salesforce technology stack. You work across departments and with our international business units to build and deliver on a strategic roadmap that enables Molson Coors to offer an exceptional customer experience and win in the marketplace. You understand the opportunities and challenges of continuously aligning diverse groups. Your communication skill allows you to fluently interact with customers and stakeholders as you collaborate, influence, and develop the technology stacktaking into consideration insights from design sessions, customer research, business processes and changes to business models. Your responsibilities will include analysis, design andoptimizing the development and testing of solutions.


The Responsibilities:


+ Thought leader, driving innovative adoption and use of technology and methodologies.

+ Partner with business and IT peers to understand and solve complex problems with sustainable, resilient, supportable solutions that meet enterprise guidelines and budget.

+ Align technology stack to business roadmap ensuring technical relevance and agility.

+ Identify opportunities to eliminate or modernize technical debt.

+ Provide recommendations, present, and influence relevant stakeholders to address gaps in the solution impacting an operation or departments.

+ Leverage a strong understanding of consumer trends, technology trends, competitive experiences, and best-in-class experiences to help shape outcomes.

+ Ensure we are measuring and monitoring performance against critical customer moments and partner to monitor established KPIs.

+ Leverage voice of the customer insights on all aspects of customer interactions to identify customer pain-points, challenges, and hurdles; advise on approaches to eliminate and positively enhance customer interactions.

+ Facilitate transition away from numerous individual interaction touchpoints that focus on only part of the customer needs towards a complete, end-to-end experience that will enhance customer relationships.

+ Utilize customer-centric tools such as journey maps and personas to inform decision-making.


+ Understand the learning journey is never over. Strive to continually build skills, knowledge, and experience. Seek learning from many places: formal classroom, books, blogs, podcasts, seminars, colleagues.


The Other Qualifications:


+ You have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in a related field.

+ You have experience with Salesforce, preferably in consumer products.

+ You have at least 5 years of design, developing, and solutions experience.

+ You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

+ You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.

+ You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results through respect and development.

+ You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client.

+ Your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style.

+ You love a challenge.
