The Technical Program Manager role is based in Tampa, FL, on a contract basis.
- Leading global technology programs within the GFT division, supporting functions like Finance, Risk, and Controls.
- Partnering with development teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver projects aligned with strategic goals and compliance standards.
- Developing program plans, managing budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication across teams and time zones.
- Identifying risks, escalating issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- Ensuring adherence to policies, continuous process improvement, and proper documentation.
- Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in IT program management, strong communication skills, and familiarity with capital markets, finance, or treasury processes. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
