Seeking a Technical Program / Project Manager for ERP migrations, with locations in Minneapolis, Chicago, NY, or Houston.
Candidates must be willing to work 3 days onsite at designated locations.
Require 10-15 years of experience managing technical programs/projects using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
Experience with ERP migrations/consolidations is preferred, especially migrating from Microsoft Dynamics AX to SAP S4 HANA.
Hands-on familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms is essential.
Key skills include effective leadership, decision-making, delegating tasks based on team strengths, and excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
