Role: Technical Project Manager

Role Summary:   

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver Salesforce implementations and enhancements across our clients’ ecosystems. You will work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and end-users to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. 
 

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and digital transformation initiatives across Salesforce, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and other system integration projects. 
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. 
• Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects. 
• Manage cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless coordination and execution. 
• Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance reviews. 
• Partner closely with clients to translate business goals into actionable project plans and maintain strong, transparent communication throughout the engagement. 
• Monitor and control project budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization to ensure delivery excellence and profitability. 
• Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery outcomes. 
• Implement and maintain delivery governance, ensuring adherence to PMO and organizational standards. 
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvement across delivery frameworks. 
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and delivery leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and apply best practices across engagements. 

Required Skill & Qualification: 

• 6+ years of experience in managing technology or consulting projects, with a strong background in cloud, integration, or Salesforce ecosystems. 
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional delivery teams across global locations. 
• Deep understanding of project management frameworks like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and the ability to tailor approaches per project need. 
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes. 
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent. 
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder, and client relationship management skills. 
• Experience with integration projects involving APIs, middleware, or enterprise systems is preferred. 
• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, or GCP) and understanding of DevOps/CI-CD processes. 
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred. 
• Self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic consulting environment with minimal supervision.
