Technical Project Manager (TPM)-Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support the “Iron” team, which builds internal software tools that power construction operations and field workflows. This role is focused on driving execution across interconnected enterprise systems supporting construction, finance, and engineering functions.

The environment is fast-paced, cross-functional, and highly collaborative with strong exposure to internal product and platform development.

Key Platforms & Systems

  • P2 – Construction + finance workflow platform (migration from Salesforce to in-house system)
  • eCAF – Capacity management system that triggers construction workflows

Iris – Design and drafting tools

  • Additional tools supporting end-to-end construction operations and upcoming AI initiatives

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs across internal systems
  • Drive execution across multiple engineering and product teams
  • Manage dependencies across organizations (ACT, GTMO, EPIC, etc.)
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Program Managers
  • Provide clear status reporting including KPIs, risks, milestones, and delivery updates
  • Own or support program-level execution depending on initiative scope
  • Ensure alignment across systems supporting construction and field operations
  • Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies across teams

 

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in Technical Project / Program Management
  • Strong background in software development environments (SDLC)
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional, multi-team initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating across engineering and business teams

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software systems
  • Experience in infrastructure, telecom, or construction tech (nice to have)
