- Have at least 5-8 years overall IT Recruiting Experience for the following positions in an Agency / Staffing Firm Environment.:
- Software Developers
- Systems Administrators
- Network Engineers
- Database Administrators
- Etc…
- Know how to successfully conduct searches, identify, and qualify candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods. (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Networking, Referrals, Internal/Online Database searches, User/Technical Groups, etc.)
- Can determine candidate suitability and assess relevant experience by evaluating employment history and background, education, skills, and personal qualifications to negotiate effective compensation package, etc.
- Enjoy keeping current with general trends in technology as well as those specific to our clients’ needs.
- Enjoy interacting with people while taking on new challenges and responsibility for your own actions.
- Can work independently from a remote work location (Mid- Atlantic is ideal)
- Want to be part of the fabric of a growing organization with open ended earning potential, uncapped possibility, and an opportunity to “have a seat at the table”, where your voice matters.
This position is 100% Remote, but we do like to be able to get together once a quarter or so for group activities (training, team building, happy hours, etc…) so candidates in the DC/Baltimore area are ideal (but we are always willing to look at top notch folks in the following markets -- MD, DC, VA, DE, PA)
This role requires a self-starter who can operate independently while remaining engaged with Sales Leadership and the entire Sales and Recruiting Team.
