Responsibilities include screening engineering candidates (knowledge of VPN and networking preferred), developing candidate pipelines, utilizing job boards and social media, prescreening and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing passive/active candidates via LinkedIn and networking events, making salary recommendations, and ensuring recruitment compliance.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and a motivated, goal-oriented attitude. HR experience is a plus.
