Technical Sales Manager Paper Market

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to the existing Paper Market customer base in the application and use of Titanium products in coating applications.
2. Support the development and implementation of the Sales Strategy.
   1. Define target applications and customers specific to titanium-based products.
   2. Support customer-specific field development opportunities and onsite pilot activities as needed.
   3. Provide technical support to customers and distributors on product and pilot protocols.
3. Develop new customers/distributors in target territories/global regions through technical and pilot support activities.
   1. Respond to technical inquiries, support product performance estimations, and make product recommendations based on specific applications.
   2. Lead technical efforts for current and planned customer evaluation and pilot testing programs.
      • Support pilot expansions in Latin America and Canada.
   3. Support product development by presenting application challenges to the product development team and supporting field testing of new products.

Additional Responsibilities

• Develop white papers and case studies related to existing customer installations and new customer evaluations to aid market development.

Required Experience and Knowledge

• Experience in the paper coating industry.
• Knowledge of paper coating applications.
• Technical sales experience.
